Description
Français : Deuxième ville provinciale derrière la capitale économique Montreal, Québec et ses 550 000 hab. doivent composer avec un climat rude, froid et humide. Les précipitations dépassent en effet le seuil mensuel de 100 mm plus de la moitié de l'année, juillet étant le plus arrosé. Températures à l'avenant avec des moyennes sous les -10°C en janvier et février, un peu plus de 4°C sur l'année, donnant un avant-goût des hivers du grand nord canadien.

L'estuaire du St-Laurent, le plus important au monde, débute en aval de la ville. Cela ne suffit pas à adoucir la note...
