Español: La obra muestra a los Reyes Católicos, Isabel I de Castilla y Fernando II de Aragón, junto a la Virgen de la Misericordia y los siguientes personajes: A la derecha aparecen seis monjas vestidas con el hábito cisterciense y rezando. Y junto a ella aparece una abadesa con su báculo que ha sido identificada con la hermana del dicho cardenal, Leonor de Mendoza, que fue abadesa del monasterio de las Huelgas de Burgos entre 1486 y 1499.
