Description
Română: Motonava Transilvania - design realizat de Dimitrie Știubei. În anul1936, când Dimitrie Știubei a machetat această marcă , motonava era în construcție la Copenhaga. Pentru desenul mărcii a folosit planurile/desenele șantierului constructor. Întrucât motonava "Transilvania" a sosit în țară sub acest nume abia în anul 1938, Știubei a menționat pe marcă numai " Vapor S.M.R. "

Also, according to Chapter 10 Article 85 Paragraph 2,

  • The photographs of letters, deeds, documents of any kind, technical drawings and other similar papers shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright.

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.
