Description
English: Diplodocus fossil skull, neck, and vertebrae on display at the Museum of the Rockies in Bozeman, Montana. (It is not clear where the specimen was collected.) Diplodocus is one of the more common dinosaur fossils, and lived about 154 to 150 million years ago. This was the age of the giant sauropods: Camarasaurus, Barosaurus, Apatosaurus and Brachiosaurus.
