Description

Due to its status as the longest-running capital in ancient China and for giving birth to most dynasties, Xi'an, with a history of over 3,000 years, has profoundly impacted the country's life and culture. The city also has rich grain production. When it comes to Xi' an, people immediately think of pita bread soaked in lamb soup and roujiamo meat sandwich. Therefore, Xi'an is often regarded as a paradise for carbohydrates lovers. Various dishes have different tastes. Oil-sprayed noodles, Saozi noodles, and steamed buns baked with heated rocks are well-known and popular.

The upcoming China-Central Asia Summit is to be held in Xi'an. Let's have a look at must-eat dishes in Xi'an.
