Description
English: Disused Railway, Bloworth Crossing Bloworth was often spelt Blowath but the OS have now defined the spelling.

Bloworth Crossing is now a significant landmark on the Cleveland Way and Lyke Wake long distance footpaths but once it was a railway crossing. The railway served the ironstone mines of Rosedale and is seen here heading towards Incline Top.

There was a siding at Bloworth which was used by the farmers and millers of Bransdale and also a cottage used by the crossing keepers.

What a bleak place to live.
