An employee holds a sign and stands under the arching, lichen-covered branches of a mature apple tree. There is a small clearing around the tree, framed by small trees and undergrowth.

The Vegetation Management Crew cleared encroaching vegetation from around historic apple trees, documented their condition, and sent several samples for DNA testing.
