Description
Deutsch: Das Bauvorhaben Bornstraße 19 in der Dortmunder Innenstadt, Ende 19. Jahrhundert. Der 1878 konzipierte Neubau war Wohnhaus, Büro und Fabrik der "Buchthal & Co. Dampf-Kaffee-Rösterei", betrieben von Rosa und Felix Buchthal. Rosa Buchthal war die erste Frau im Dortmunder Stadtrat und eine der ersten Frauen in städtischen Magistraten der 1920er Jahre überhaupt. Das Haus wurde vermutlich 1894/95 gebaut. Es wechselte Ende der 1920er Jahre den Besitzer. Vermutlich im 2. Weltkrieg wurde es zerstört. Heute befindet sich an der Stelle die U-Bahnstation Brügmannplatz.
