| Description |
c/n 10200. Originally allocated US military serial '42-24338' and later saw RCAF service as '661'. When she moved to the UK for the Royal Aircraft Establishment, she was mistakenly allocated what was believed to be her original serial of 'KG661'. When further research proved this to be wrong, she was given the then new serial of 'ZA947' which she still carries today. She is now operated by the RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF) and is seen during a crew training flight, on approach to her home base of RAF Coningsby, Lincolnshire, UK. 20th April 2016 |
