Construction equipment in between two light colored cut-stone walls. A construction worker walking along a wall.

This images is taken from down in Lock 3 looking upstream towards the Thomas Jefferson Street Bridge. Workers use the excavator in the center to help lift and position stones into place. There is a mix of original and new stones in the wall.
