| Description |
English: Drainage Channel, Pulborough. The Arun is tidal as far as Pulborough and this is a cut made in the watermeadows to the south of the town to prevent the problem of flooding. This channel isn't marked on the 1940s map so I'm assuming it has been cut after the Second World War. The bridge in the background carries the Arun Valley railway over the river. |
