Description
English: Vertical format design for the decoration of the walls and ceiling of a living room. A short wall with the ceiling over it is shown. The wall is divided by pilasters into two bays of a colonnade. The intercolumniations show arches with tympana with obliquely disposed ornamentation. Parts of the tympana and of the intercolumniations are covered by a kind of canopy of green cloth with fringed upper seams. The ceiling is to be divided into a great panel framed by bands. Framing black strip.
