Старинные палаши

В Оружейной палате — под № 7; в описи 1687 г. — под № 5: «Полаш полоса стальная, от крыжа по обе стороны дол, от долу с обе стороны ребро, да от крыжа по обе стороны голомя золочено; на правой стороне два репейка, ножны оболчены бархатом алым; на ножнах оправа, крыж, две обоймицы, наконешник — золотые, в них с обе стороны врезываны бирюзы; черен кость рыбья, плашками; а в них врезывано золото с бирюзами гнездами, на стороне по семи гнезд и с обеих сторон изо шти мест золото выпало; на черену меж плашек спаено золотом в скань; у обоймицы скобка золотая отломлена, а вместо скобки положено кольцо серебреное позолочено; пояс тесьма шолк цветной без оправы. А по нынешней переписи рч`є года, с прежними переписными книгами тот палаш сшолся; цена тому полашу сто сорок семь рублев.

А по прежней описной книге, тот полаш написан шестым надесять».
