Description

Well, seems like Canon's thermos jug 100-400ml L is dripping a lot :-) Maybe they should produce a MK II.

Some Q&A from photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=835527 regarding the 70-200ml:

Q:

  • Which one should I get, the f/4 or the 2.8?
  • IS or non-IS?
  • I heard the f/4 version makes my coffee taste sharper, is that true?
  • Which filter do you think I should use to brew my coffee?
  • Do I have a sharp copy?:

A: 1) No. f4 will pass through less coffee so the amount of coffee will be more if you use 2.8 instead. So, if you are planning to drink a gallon of coffee go for 2.8 version. 2) It depends how shaky your hands are ? IS will help if you keep on bumping your coffee around. IS on 70-200 (be it 2.8 or 4) gives you 4 stops before you really spill your coffee. 3) I don't know about filter.

4) Easy to find! if you don't have a sharp copy your coffee will start draining which is difficult to miss.
