Duke of Courland and Semigallia (1737) and regent of the Russian Empire (1740).
Русский: Копия XIX века с портрета неизвестного художника (возможно Л.Каравакка) 1730-х годов XVIII века. Государственный исторический музей. Самый ранний из известных портрето Бирона. На полотне нет символов герцогской власти, следовательно, он написан до 1737 года. Хранился в имении баронов Черкасовых, сильно пострадал во время войны 1812 года, после чего и была сделана копия. С этого портрета Л.Серяковым была сделана известная гравюра. |
