Description
Français : Duplications des gènes de tRNAs chez 79 eucaryotes autres que les champignons. Ces génomes présentent des duplications excessives que n'ont pas les champignons. Cette image du tableur calc de LibreOffice illustre la méthode de séparation entre un processus de duplication de base et le processus qui les exarcerbe. L'estimation du processus de base pour un codon est effectuée par le tri à 2 clés, l'une sur les doublons et l'autre sur les duplications toutes différentes entre elles. La base de données des gènes est celle de gtRNAdb [1]. La métode est détaillée dans l'annexe Méthode d'estimation des duplications pour les codons excessifs. L'annexe appartient à l'article Genèse et duplication des gènes des tRNA. Cet article est en cours de préparation.
