English: Low magnification dynamic imaging of Tg( tie1 :H2B-eYFP ct2 ) quail embryo. Dynamic imaging of Tg( tie1 :H2B-eYFP ct2 ) quail embryo using Leica DMR upright microscope in DIC and epifluorescence modes with a 5× objective for ∼36 hours every 13 minutes. Scale bar  = 600 mm.
