DescriptionDynamotaschenlamperp.jpg |
English: Small crank driven, human muscle powered dynamo flashlight - case opened to show the parts. A switch connects the 2 LED lamps (top left) to a battery (center left) which is charged by the electric generator (lower left) with the help of the small diode. Turning the black fold-away crank at 60 rpm (=1/sec) drives the 72:1 step-up gear and lets the generator rotate at 4320 rpm. A few minutes of cranking probably provides 10-15 minutes of light. |
