English: Replacing an earlier scanned photo with a better version. EC-EBX was delivered new to Spanish charter airline Hispania in Apr-87. They ceased operations in Jul-89 and the aircraft was repossessed by the lessor. In Sep-89 it was leased to Transwede Airways as SE-DLN and was sub-leased to SABENA's charter subsidiary Sobelair for 3 months during the summer of 1990. It was returned to the lessor in Nov-90 and was leased to VASP Brazil the following month as PP-SOA. Two years later it was returned to the lessor as PP-WBH and re-registered EI-CHA in Jan-93 before being leased to Air Europa, Spain, in Mar-93 with the temporary registration EC-377 before becoming EC-FRZ 3 months later. Air Europa only had it for the summer season and it was returned to the lessor in Oct-93. In Nov-93 it was leased to TAESA in Mexico as XA-XIY. They didn't keep it long either and it was returned to the lessor in May-94. Another short term lease followed when it was again leased to Air Europa in Jun-94, this time as EC-667 & EC-FYE. It was returned to the lessor in Nov-94. in Dec-94 the aircraft caught a lucky break when it was leased to America West Airlines, initially using the Irish registration EI-CKV, becoming N331AW in Nov-97. America West were merged into US Airways in Sep-05 and a year later the aircraft was returned to the lessor in Sep-06. It was then converted into a freighter and leased to Mexican Cargo airline Estafeta Carga Aerea as XA-AJA in Jul-07. It's still in service as of Mar-14.
