Description
English: “To set foot on the Highest point in India” – the mission on which a team of thirteen mountaineers of the Eastern Naval Command (ENC) embarked in early May 16, was realised when nine members successfully summitted Mt. Kamet located in the Gharwal Himalayas in Uttrakhand on 02nd June 16. The expedition team returned to Visakhapatnam this week and was felicitated by Vice Admiral HCS Bisht, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief Eastern Naval Command today on its glorious accomplishment.
