Summary edit

Description
English: EWS train at Cardiff Central Station. Still carrying the brand name EWS (English, Welsh and Scottish Railway) the German company, DB Schenker, purchased this arm of what was once Britain's largest rail freight industry in 2007 after a succession of other owners. The company's energy segment is now the dedicated rail operator for the electricity supply industry. Their trains can regularly be seen in the South Wales area as they carry coal from existing supplies in South Wales and, in particular, back and forth to fuel Aberthaw Power Station.
