Description The registration is a personalised one..J and T are the proprietors' initials. TO stands for Torgau-Oschatz. In 1992, Oschatz had registraion OZ and Torgan TO. Unification of DDR Kreise created the new Kreis of Torgau-Oschatz Oschatz was a place of pilgrimage for fans of narrow gauge steam railways, albeit without a passenger service in the case of the Oschatz-Muegeln-Kemmlitz system. Disappointingly their web site is very short of coach related photos. The N 1216 Cityliner model is a 12.2 m version, the 1217 a 13m and the 1218 a 14m vehile.
