| Description |
English: East Winner Sandbank protruding from the western end of Hayling Island. The banks are walkable though a thorough knowledge of the tides must be known before setting out on them with the rule of thumb to turn back when the lowest point of the tide has been reached as the uneven nature of the banks means some parts nearer to land get inundated earlier than those further out. Looking back towards the entrance of Langstone Harbour with a small strip of shingle in the foreground. |
