Description
English: Eastwood Bridge No 154, Leeds and Liverpool Canal, Barnoldswick Eastwood Bridge lost its significance after the Coates Estate was built in the 1930s, and had been out of use for a long time before this, almost certainly the last, photograph ever taken of this bridge. The houses seen are in Avon Drive (the nearer ones) and Coates Lane, and were built by the West Riding County Council.
