Description
Español: Junto al nacimiento del río Ebro, se encuentra una reproducción de la Virgen del Pilar, con los escudos de todas las comunidades bañadas por el río.
English: The source of The Ebro at Fontibre, Cantabria, Spain. The Ebro is the second longest river in the Iberian peninsula after the Tagus and the second biggest both by discharge volume and by drainage area after the Duero. In the pool at the source of the river Ebro is a replica of the Virgin of Pillar, inspired by the oil painting image by Francisco de Goya. Below the virgin is the shield depicting all the communities along the rivers course.
