Summary
editDescriptionEdmonton Streetcar 33 on 124 Street.jpg |
English: Edmonton 33 travels north on 124 Street across the intersection of 112 Avenue. Edmonton 33 appears to have a single coloured route sign, but it could also be a red and green sign. The destination sign reads "Whyte Ave. Via High Level Bridge". The Motorman already could have changed the destination sign as he may short turn the car at this wye and return to the southern terminal, in which case the car may be a lunch hour extra. Lunch hour extra cars were known to travel as far north on 124 St as 118 Ave and then turn back. Norman and Leslie Corness spoke of lunch hour extra cars going to 124 St and 118 Ave and took photos of cars turning back at this point. |
