Description Tuesday, May 15, 2012 -- Governor Dannel P. Malloy held a bill signing ceremony at the State Capitol, where he signed into law legislation improving the state's public education system in order to close the state's achievement gap and ensure our state remains economically competitive. He was joined by lawmakers, local and civic leaders, education advocates, business leaders and organizers. The legislation is S.B. 458 - An Act Concerning Educational Reform.
