| Description | Eggs Benedict with MY OWN hollandaise sauce for the first time EVER! OK, I did have to have two goes at the sauce - I got the first batch too hot so it curdled (basically became very buttery scrambled egg). But the second try worked and was yummy - a culinary ghost laid! Yay!! (Sorry for the slightly dodgy white balance - should've used flash...) |
