Description
Deutsch: Ehemalige Sporthalle der Kriegsmarine im Marinestützpunkt Bremerhaven (1935–1945). In der Barkhausenstraße gegenüber dem ehemaligen Marinestützpunkt im Kaiserhafen I (Zerstörerkaje) hatte die Kriegsmarine einen Sportplatz und eine Sporthalle. Beide sind heute noch vorhanden. Nach dem Kriege gehörte die Halle zur dort eingerichteten Labor Service Unit (B). Nach dem Abzug der Amerikaner von dem Gelände an der Barkhausenstraße wurde sie verkauft an die Tanzsportgruppe Bremerhaven, die sie als Übungsstätte nutzt. Das Foto zeigt die Sporthalle im heutigen Zustand.
