Description
Deutsch: Das von Adolph Johannes Fischer 1915 entworfene und gestaltete "Eiserne Edelweiß" über das die „Wiener Zeitung“ am 27. November 1915 unter anderem Folgendes berichtet hat: „Der Wehrschild, ein großes Edelweiß, das dem Regiment, Landesschützenregiment Nr.II, verliehene Feldzeichen, wurde in mächtiger monumentaler Wirkung von Professor Ad. Joh Fischer geschaffen, der auf Einladung des Offizierskorps der erhebenden Feier beiwohnte. Der Wehrschild wird zur Vernagelung auch an die Front gesendet und sodann im Regimentsmuseum ausgestellt werden.“
