Description
Deutsch: Magnetresonanztomographie bei einem wenige Tage alten Säugling mit multiplen Hormonmangelzeichen (rezidivierede Hypoglykämien, Hypokortisolismus, Wachstumshormon Mangel, Cholestase) und somit Verdacht auf Hypophyseninsuffizienz. Oben T1 und T2 sagittal, unten T1 koronar und T2 axial. Es zeigt sich eine Ektopie der Neurohypophyse (heller Fleck in T1 hinter dem Chiasma, in T2 hypointens), ein fehlender Hypophysenstiel und die Adenohypophyse ist auch nur hypoplastisch, nicht ganz sicher in der flachen Sella zu identifizieren.
