Español: Vista del emplazamiento de El árbol de Reding, placa conmemorativa en forma de mosaico cerámico a la altura del número 2 del paseo de Sancha, Málaga, España. La placa, junto a una imagen de un árbol y el emblema del Ayuntamiento de Málaga, dice: «El árbol de Reding / Al legendario árbol de Reding, / a tantos de septiembre, en / madrugada, / un llanto quejumbroso se le ha / oído, / tras sufrir con efectos de / guadaña / un hiriente relámpago a / cuchillo / Y así quedó, / "hendido por un rayo / y en su mitad partido" / hasta el vecino mar en / duermevela, / arrebatadas olas con sigilo, / rumoreó tan lastimosa merma / de frondosos derechos / adquiridos. / Si cayeras del todo, caro amigo, / ya no sería el mismo este lugar, / ni la histórica fuente, ahí / cercana / brindaría el relato decisivo / que irradia tu presencia / natural, / a tanto pasajero seducido. / Pero vives, existes... / Y antes que te derribe el propio / tiempo, / para ser solo leña en el olvido, / quiero admirar, soñando en mis / certezas, / la fuerza de tus ramas / malheridas. / "Mi corazón espera, / también hacia la luz y hacia la / vida" / que tu presencia airosa nos / regale, / el milagro de nuevas primaveras. / Joaquín / Palmerola Cánovas / 14 septiembre 2019». La placa se inauguró el 27 de octubre de 2023 y el trabajo cerámico aparece firmado por «GR» y es obra de García Romero.
