Escudo mantelado en jefe y en punta. 1º: En campo de plata, cruz de Santiago. 2º: En campo de azur, Virgen María de oro con el Niño en brazos. 3º: En campo de azur, un rosal terrasado de sinople. 4º: En campo de plata, puente de tres ojos al natural, mazonado, resaltado sobre ondas de azur y plata. Bordura de oro con leyenda: “CONCELLO DA MOI LEAL VILA DO ROSAL”. Al timbre, corona real cerrada.
