Español: El cóndor andino es una especie de ave rapaz que habita en las montañas de los Andes de Sudamérica. Es conocido por su gran tamaño, con una envergadura de alas de hasta 3 metros, y por su plumaje negro con detalles blancos en la parte inferior de las alas. El cóndor andino es un animal carroñero y se alimenta principalmente de animales muertos. Su hábitat natural son las zonas montañosas y rocosas de los Andes, donde puede volar a altitudes de hasta 5.000 metros.
