Description El lugar no puede ser más turístico, justo enfrente del Hotel Palace y el Congreso de los Diputados, muy cerca del Museo del Prado. El humorista Mingote se encargó de diseñar las cinco figuras que dos veces al día, a las doce de la mañana y a las ocho de la tarde, salen al balcón a bailar y saludar al compás de la música de las campanas que hay a ambos lados. Las figuras representan a los personajes más castizos de la época más famosa de la historia de Madrid, la goyesca: un torero, una maja, el Rey Carlos III, la Duquesa de Alba y el mismísimo Goya.
