DescriptionEl rapto de Europa IMG 1774 (48308378522).jpg | El rapto de Europa es un episodio de la mitología griega que ha dado nombre a nuestro continente. Zeus, el padre de todos los dioses griegos, era bastante lascivo y promiscuo. Para seducir a sus víctimas amorosas no dudaba en transformarse en cualquier cosa o animal. En este caso se enamoró de una princesa fenicia que se llamaba Europa y para seducirla se transformó en un precioso y manso toro blanco. La muchacha se le acercó embelesada por la belleza de este animal y entonces él habló y le invitó a que subiera a su grupa, cosa que hizo la muchacha. Entonces Zeus, el toro, se lanzó al mar cercano y la llevó hasta la isla de Creta donde consumó su amorío. |
