  • English: Function of the coefficient E(ε,2π) to calculate the circumference of an ellipse: C = a * E(ε,2π), where C means the circumference (U in the diagram), a the semi-major axis, ε the eccentricity and E(ε,2π) the value to read from this diagram for a given ε.
