Deutsch: Emblem des 15. Bomber-Geschwaders „La Disperata“ der italienischen Luftwaffe (Regia Aeronautica). Während der ersten Phase des Abessinienkrieges (1935–36) gehörte sie zur 4. Gruppe mit Basis in Asmara. Sie wurde als die am meisten faschistische Einheit innerhalb der italienischen Luftwaffe betrachtet. English: Badge of the 15th ‘La Disperata’ Bombardemento Terrestre Squadron of the Italian Air Force (Regia Aeronautica). During the first phase of the Ethiopian War (1935–36) it was attached to the 4th Gruppo based at Asmara. It was regarded as the most Fascist unit in the Italian Air Force. It's commander was Galeazzo Ciano, minister of propaganda and Mussolini’s son-in-law, who also took part in the Abyssinian war. |
