Description
Nederlands: Emmerich am Rhein, sculptuur van een reusachtige emmer op de rotonde aan de Weseler Straße - Budberger Straße - Hohe Sorge.
Het idee voor een dergelijke sculptuur stamt zeer waarschijnlijk van de Emmerikse kunstenaar Hein Driessen
die n.a.v. het 750-jarig jubileum van de stad in 1983 de 'Emmer van Emmerich' ontworp.
Het beeld werd geplaatst bij de industriehaven aan de Rijn, maar ging in de loop der tijd verloren door verwaarlozing.[1]
