Summary edit

Description

In the Democratic Republic of Congo, members of a community cooperative build stoves that are energy efficient with tin and clay. Each stove will sell for between $5 and $9. In addition to reducing demand for firewood, use of these stoves also reduces the health and safety risks associated with solid fuel sources.
