Description
Deutsch: Der nach seiner Form als Entenschnabel bezeichnete Geländezipfel von 600 Meter Länge der Gemeinde Glienicke/ Nordbahn im deutschen Bundesland Brandenburg ragt nach Westen in das Land Berlin, Bezirk Reinickendorf, hinein. Er entstand zwischen der bestehenden Grenze von (Ortsteil) Hermsdorf als das Gelände der Stolper Heide 1907 für die Gartenstadt Frohnau gekauft wurde. Die Grenze des Besitzes der verkaufenden Familie von Veltheim verlief am Hang. Dieser Geländeabschnitt erhielt seine Bedeutung als 1961 die Berliner Mauer errichtet wurde und die Grenze des Geländestreifen zwischen West-Berlin und DDR lag. Auf dem Treppenlauf vom unteren Glienicker Zipfel zum obenliegenden Frohnauer Am Rosenanger markiert eine ebene Fläche den vormaligen Mauerverlauf und jetzige Orts- und Landesgrenze.
