ENTERPRISE LOWERED INTO TEST STAND

Marahall Space Flight Center, Alabama -- The Space Shuttle Orbiter Enterprise is lowered into the vibration test facility at the Marshall Space Flight Center on April 21, 1978. The Orbiter joined the large External Tank in the stand for a series of tests that will run through November 1978. The tank was places in the 36-story test facility the day before.
