From a series of seven lithographic portraits of German princes of Saxe-Gotha and Altenburg, issued in wrappers, tied together with string, the title sheet with lithograph of the palace at Friedenstein, lettered: 'Bildnisse / der / verewigten / Herren Herzöge / von / Sachsen-Gotha und Altenburg; / Ihrer Hoheit / der / Durchlauchtigsten Frau Herzogin / Caroline Amalie, / Verwitweten Frau Herzogin / von / Sachsen-Gotha und Altenburg, in / tiefster Unterhähigkeit / gewidmet.' and printing details: C. Hellfarth's Steindruckerei / in / Gotha.'; back cover with lithograph of Parkinsel in Gotha. Includes a sheet engraved with short biographies of the sitters on both sides.
