Summary edit

Description

These concrete blocks are scattered along the bank of the Skagit River in an attempt to stop the bank from eroding the nearby road.

We took a float trip down the Skagit River, it was an interesting way to explore the North Cascades. We started at Marble mount and went down to Rockport with Captain Dave.
