Da autoria de Janet Echelman, a estrutura em rede, com cerca de 50 m de altura, denominada "She Changes", é uma homenagem à comunidade piscatória de Matosinhos. O seu esplendor permite-lhe ser encarada como um dos mais emblemáticos cartões-de-visita do Concelho de Matosinhos, bem como obra referência não só ao nível nacional, mas também internacional. A Sculpture Magazine considerou-a "one of the truly significant public artworks in recent years".
