Description
English: Rivers State is ethno-linguistically diverse. While five Linguistic families (Delta-Cross, Edoid, Igboid, Ijoid and Lower Cross) are represented in the State, the ethnic groups fall under three major groupings: The Igbo(id), The Riverine and The Ogoni(oid). The map above indicates these. Map Credits: Chizobem Chinedu Opiah, of Ndoki.
