Description
Deutsch: In Stuttgart-Wangen, am westlichen Beginn des Rennwegs auf der Wangener Höhe, befindet sich der Eugen-Denneler-Brunnen. Ursprünglich als Waldstücklesbrunnen bekannt, wurde er 2014 zu Ehren von Eugen Denneler umbenannt, der sich für die Wasserversorgung der Wangener Höhe einsetzte. Der Brunnen gehört zu einer Gruppe von 16 gusseisernen Brunnen in Stuttgart, die alle eine ähnliche Bauart aufweisen. Der Brunnenstock ist als Vierecksäule mit ornamentalen Reliefs gestaltet und trägt einen Wasserhahn sowie einen waschbeckenartigen Trog.
