Die heutige Kirche besitzt einen Turmsakristei mit spätgotischem Kreuzrippengewölbe aus den Jahren 1492-1500. 1585 wurde sie unter Hans Decker aus Weil der Stadt vergrößert. 1780 und 1957-1959 erfuhr sie durchgreifende Erneuerungen.
