English: From the AP website: "The Army attache at the U.S. Embassy in South Korea sent to Army intelligence in Washington 18 photos of a mass execution of political prisoners in Daejeon (Taejon) in July 1950. In this accompanying report, he said he believed 'thousands of political prisoners were executed within (a) few weeks' across South Korea."
