English: U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Terry Kelly, 165th Civil Engineering Squadron, Georgia Air National Guard, unties a stack of rebar that will be used for a new concrete pad that is designed to support large dumpsters during a deployed for training trip with the 140th CES, Colorado Air National Guard, known as Exercise Flying Rose at Kinloss Barracks in Forres, Moray, Scotland, United Kingdom, Jun. 13, 2014. Over 40 members of the 140th CES are in Scotland for their annual training and are accomplishing five construction projects that will improve several areas around Kinloss Barracks, during Exercise Flying Rose hosted by the British army before returning back to Georgia and Colorado later this month.
